Hi, I’m Michelle, and I’m really happy you found my page.

As a certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner and life coach, my goal is to help you live a healthier life through simple, positive, intuitive eating.

Nutrition has been a substantial part of my life, though, like most people, I wasn't always aware of that. I thought I ate pretty healthy and didn't see the connection between the way I ate and some nagging health issues.

I even exercised regularly but that didn't alter the situation.

This sent me off on a very long journey to find the reasons for my ailments.

I remember finding the book Fit for Life, which was the big AH-HA moment for me. I was so surprised to learn that optimal, healthy eating could be:

  • So simple to implement

  • Rooted in natural healing

  • Free from restrictive diets

  • Delicious and highly nutritious

    After applying these healthy strategies, I recuperated in a short time. I was full of energy, lost weight without meaning to, and all my health issues disappeared — my vitality was restored!

    I wanted to shout out to the world how simple it was!

    I spread the word to all my family & friends. Seeing the changes I went through encouraged them to try as well.

The effect food had on me made nutrition an inseparable factor in my life. I hold a few degrees (English Lit, Communication & Journalism, Art History), but nutrition is where I feel I can make the biggest impact and what brings me the most joy.

As soon as I could, I got my Master’s from the University of Natural Health and furthered my education by obtaining a life coach certification.

Right now I’m working on my Ph.D. so that my comprehensive professional development will be at service for my clients.
